1. You send us your flights' itinerary
Using our Live Help system, send us your request for a discount fare quote for your flights' itinerary .
2. Our expert travel agents locate our cheapest deal for your flights
What sets Last Minute Flights Genie apart from your typical computerized on-line airline ticket booking engine, is that our team of expert travel agents get our customers our cheapest deal by taking the time to review your flights' itinerary, and then use all of our contacts and exclusive relationships built up over 30 years, to locate the best discount with our preferred partner Airlines, or from our access to other airline ticket Consolidators, that will provide the lowest ticket price.
3. We email you the fare quote as soon as it becomes available.
We receive a very high volume of new requests for fare quotes everyday. Depending upon how busy we are, and the time of day when you submit your request for a fare quote, it may take several hours for us to process your request. Please be patient until we contact you.
*** Depending on your itinerary, we may not be able to locate a significant discount for your flights's itinerary that we can provide. In that case, we will notify you by email of this situation, and that we have, therefore, removed your fare request from our system.
4. You review your fare quote and let us know if you want us to book your flights
If you decide you want us to book your flights for the price in your fare quote, or you have any further questions, you can easily send us an email at [email protected] or contact one of our Travel Agents by using the Live Help System. The system will then send an email to customer service with your message to let them know that they should contact you.
5. You provide passenger information (full name, date of birth and gender)
If you decide that you want us to book your flights we will need you to provide us with the full name, date of birth and gender of each passenger the airline tickets will be issued to. (This infomation must match their travel documents).
We are required to ask for this information and provide it to the US Department of Homeland Security Transportation Safety Administration (the TSA), pursuant to their regulations.
6. You make payment for your tickets using our secure payment screen
Send us a message that you are ready to pay for your tickets. Customer service will email your the invoice and the payment instruction.
As soon as our payment processor confirm that you have successfuly made payment for your airfare, we will then book your flights.
7. Customer service will book your flights and email you the airline's E-Ticket confirmation number
You will receive separate email with your booking reservation number and the E-Ticket confirmation number.
